Terms and Conditions:

EAA is a educational training establishment, with :

• a structure of subjects,

• gradually build programs improving each level,

• studying facilities and cultural and educational activities

• highly professional teachers who provide a musical, ballet/dance and art knowledge, an individual way of teaching according to individual abilities of a child.

Child will be registered by the parents request after professional assessment or audition.

• A non-refundable, annual (trimester) registration & course Fees shall be paid at the time of registration to the bank account or by cheque

• The balance for next trimester course fee shall be paid at the end of the previous trimester;

• Monthly payment is available for all courses (see monthly fees);

• The lessons will start only after payment;

• Parents of new students will be asked to attend special meeting before their child will start educational courses.

 

Rules and Regulations:

Attendance:

• The student must arrive at institute 5 - 10 min. before lesson time;

• Students coming late will not be excused and will not have any possibilities to reschedule the lesson;

• Individual lessons missed by student, can be taken as excuses for making up for only 2 lessons per each trimester, regardless how many lessons the student had been absent. Individual or group lessons , canceled by teachers , will be given back at the first possible time. Unfortunately if your child will not be present on make - up the lessons, EAA will not guarantee rescheduling the lessons; rescheduling of individual lesson will be possible only if you will inform the director in advance and if teacher s will have a time for your lesson to be rescheduled;

• Missing group lessons by any reasons, does not entitle for any deduction, making -up or transferring payment;

• Public and Government holidays will not be deducted out of semester’s fees and only individual lessons with 30min duration will be compensated at the end of trimester or end of year...

• Rehearsals, concerts, exams and other activity which are given not in the regular schedule, will be counted as one (30min) individual lesson.

• Events organized by Elite Music Institute have to be attended by all age students. Specific: Teachers of EAA are not allowed to provide any home -service to the registered student without special permission and parents request to Director.

Parents are not allowed to attend lessons without permission, to have any conversation with teacher during working hours and should make an appointment for teacher meeting through director only.

 

EEA reserves the rights:

• to transfer your child to another teacher (if we have a reason for it) without any notification for parents;

• to replace your teacher for make-up lessons or to provide different teacher if required by circumstances.

 

Participation at concerts:

• Opportunity to participate in concert activities is giving to each student.

• Students will participate in concerts by audition & should be ready for it minimum 2 weeks before event.

• All concerts organized by EAA will be extra charged .Withdraw a ls, Refunds, Dismissals:

 

The fees paid once for all semester, can be paid back to the parent, if she/he decide to withdrawal their child from courses:

• in first week 100% with registration fees deducted;

• from 2nd up to the 6th week 50%;

• after 6t h week no refund.

 

Persistent behavioral problems of the child may result in immediate termination of this agreement.

 

Parent Agreement:

Parents of registered student must be responsible for attending all lessons, following all rules, controlling home practicing of a child. Parents are responsible for their child and must be present in EAA before/during /after lessons time (for children 4 - 7 years old).

EAA and teachers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your child safety before or after lesson time.

In case of sudden illness or any accident on institute’s premises, EMI will request specialized emergency assistance by calling the Emergency Health Services (Ambulance) and will inform the parents or designated person immediately.

Elite Music Institute will take appropriate measures during lessons to prevent accidents on its premises but is not liable for any consequences of sudden illness or accidents to any student on its premises or while traveling to/from courses at the institute.
